Gao Tek Inc. Announces Gao800
There are 850nm 980nm 1310nm and 1550nm four kinds of wavelength calibration points in it. It can be used for linearity and nonlinearity tests. The device also has storage page up/down functions for the test figure. The instrument with large LCD screen is small light and easy to carry. It can be used to identify the fiber to test fiber loss accurately to check the fiber continuity and to help to evaluate the transmission quality of fiber chain with the laser source.

Gao Fiberoptics Has Released A Series Of Alcatel Compatible Sfps
Toronto ON GAO Fiberoptics has released a series of Alcatel compatible SFPs that are 100 compatible with Alcatels original products.
GAO SFPs are hot pluggable making them easy to change and convenient for maintenance compared to traditional modules. SFP fiber transceiver modules make the fiber optic network or fiberEthernet network easier to upgrade and maintain as users can replace a single SFP module during the process instead of replacing the entire board.
GAO also has CWDM type SFP transceivers available.
SFPs can be regarded as upgraded versions of GBICs with only half of the original size and using LC interfaces instead of SC fiber optics. Signal transmission rates of these modules range from 100Mbps up to 4Gbps or more; working distance can range from 500 meters to 100 kilometers and working wavelength of different SFP modules are typically 850nm 1310nm and 1550nm.

Toronto ON GAO Tek Inc. has released a new GAO CDMA9200 Development Board. GAO CDMA9200 development board is based on Atmels AT91RM9200 ARM processor compatible with MDM data format. It is used to sample measure and display real time audio and data status.
The GAO CDMA9200 development board supports streaming and nonstreaming sampling modes multiple channels of audio and data measurement analyzing data package CAI and cell phone message analyzing wireless and data network and RLP PPP FTP testing modes.
Includes the CPU 128MB SDRAM 64 bit Flash 1 10/100M Ethernet interface 1 MMC interface 1 PCMCIA interface 1 audio I/O 1 320×240 TFT LCD interface TOUCH CPLD programmable 1 JTAG interface and 1 bus. Users have the freedom to develop the GAO CDMA9200 development board board with their own applications.
